Who runs CarryOnRule?
CarryOnRule is published by Fintech Synergy Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, a Sri Lankan technology company, and built by its Travel Fintech Solutions Team.
The site answers one question for travellers: what can I take on this flight, and what can I bring into this country? It covers 242 airlines and 176 countries, with every figure linked to the page it came from.
How is the information checked?
Each rule comes from the airline's own website, a government customs or aviation authority, or, where those can't be reached, a named trusted source. The source link and the date we checked it sit next to every figure. Read the methodology for the full process.
Is CarryOnRule affiliated with any airline or government?
No. CarryOnRule is independent. Airline and country names are used only to identify whose rules a page describes.
How do I get in touch?
Email [email protected] or use the contact page. If you spot a wrong rule, report an error and we'll check it against the source.
